Iran’s sanction pressure on int’l community: Russian expert
Chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the Federation Council (Senate of Russia) announced that anti-Iran sanctions by the United States, is a kind of pressure not only on Iran, but also on other members of the international community.
Konstantin Kosachev, announcing this to RIA Novosti, added that the US by sanctioning Iran showed it is refusing to consider the UN Security Council's decisions as Iran nuclear deal had been approved by the Security Council.
The Russian parliamentary official also noted that the United States used its economic sanctions against other selected states, which only applied to their opposition parties and did not include the US allies.
Kasachov added, This American position contains a few points. First, the United States showed everyone that international law was not written for this country.'
On the other hand, the United States by sanctioning Iran showed that to its allies have all kinds of permissions, and the opposition and enemies should act in accordance with Washington's law, and the United States would do whatever it wants.
