Iraqi F-16s Vanished ISIS HQ near Tal Afar

Iraq's Ministry of Defence published a video and says in a statement its fighter jets struck and damaged the headquarters of Islamic State militants (ISIS) in Tal Afar west of Mosul.

Tal Afar besieged by Iraqi Hashd Al Shaabi or Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) now an official parts of Iraq Armed Forces. Also Hashd Al Shaabi gains control of nearby Tal Afar strategic highways which were ISIS supplies roads to its de-facto capital of Syrian Raqqa and other international road which connect ISIS to Sinjar.

Hashd Al Shaabi in its fifth phase of operation in framework of Joint Iraqi Army operation to liberate Mosul is cooperating.
