IRGC rejects claim by anti-Revolution group about clashes in western Iran
Tehran, Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Ground Force rejected the claim made by an anti-Revolution terrorist group about deaths of several Iranian forces during the recent clashes in northwestern country.
The public relations office of the IRGC's Hamzeh Seyedoshohada Headquarters in a statement on Tuesday described such a claim as illusion caused by the recent defeats suffered by anti-Revolution terrorist groups in Iran's northwestern border areas.
After their defeats in northwestern Iranian border areas of Oshnavieh and Sarvabad, the terrorist groups who are the agents of the global arrogance have tried to play blame game and invert the realities of the clashes in order to satisfy their bosses, the statement said.
Based on the Hamzeh Seyedoshohada Headquarters report, all Iranian forces involved in the recent conflicts with terrorists in northwestern country are alive and in good condition.
The Iranian forces, despite media propaganda campaign and the enemies' psychological war, are defending the Iranian nation and [Islamic] system and ready to strongly respond to any move against the country, the statement said.
During the recent clashes between the forces of the Hamzeh Seyedoshohada Headquarters and three terrorist groups in northwestern country, the groups were busted, 13 of their members were killed and several others wounded.
