ISIS Leader, Dozen Others Killed in Deir Ezzor and Damascus
According to an army source in Deir Ezzor, Syrian Air Force carried out several airstrikes over the Deir Ezzor countryside on Sunday night and killed an ISIS senior commander and 13 of his associates near the provincial capital.
The military source added that the Killed ISIS (Islamic State, ISIL, IS and Daesh) commander was identified as Abu Usama Al Halab.
The Syrian Air Force has been relentless in the Deir Ezzor Governorate these last few days, carrying out several airstrikes over the ISIS's positions, while their ground forces recover territory from the terrorists.
Also Syrian Army (SAA) resumed their large-scale offensive in the East Ghouta region of rural Damascus on Monday after the rebels of Jaysh Al Islam rejected the government's reconciliation offer.
Syrian Army resumed their assault at the western farms of Al Reyhan.
According to an Al-Masdar, the Syrian Arab Army stormed the western farms after the Russian Air Force launched several airstrikes last night at the rural area between the towns of Douma and Shifuniyah in the East Ghouta region.
Intense clashes are ongoing along several axes as the Syrian Armed Forces continue their massive push to expel the rebels from the East Ghouta.
