Italy court annuls US verdict against Iran
Tehran, Rome's appeal court annulled the American plaintiffs' petition for seizure of Central Bank of Iran (CBI) assets.
The Rome's appeal court annulled a petition, worth nearly 5 billion dollars presented by a number of American plaintiffs to seize the CBI assets, Head of the Center for International and Legal Affairs of the Iranian Presidential Office Mohsen Mohebi said on Wednesday.
The Italian court's order for seizure of CBI assets was annulled due to the attempts made by the CBI lawyers in Italy, he noted.
