Jet fighter crashes in Isfahan, pilots survive

Isfahan, Iran's training jet fighter F-7 crashed on Saturday in the vicinity of Isfahan due to technical failure.

According to the informed sources at the Iranian Armed Forces Headquarters, the training fighter plane crashed in Hasanabad Jarqavieh in Isfahan province.

Pilot and copilot ejected on time, but were sent to the nearest hospital for medical checkup and their status is not critical.

Hasanabad is a city and capital of Jarqavieh Olya District some 115 kilometer southeast Isfahan.
