Khash- Zahedan terrorist attack accused released on bail
Zahedan, Public Prosecutor of Zahedan said one of the defendants of terrorist attack in Khash-Zahedan road was released on bail and eight other defendants with temporary detention have been transferred to the prison for more investigation.
Ali Mowahhedi Rad said Wednesday that the defendant was a woman and was released on bail on Tuesday, saying that the detention order for the woman was temporary, although she had confessed to some of the terrorist acts in her partnership with her husband.
She went on to say, Her confessions are in the file and her release on bail does not mean innocence because she would be freed if she was found innocent.
He stressed, Terrorist groups use women and children as cover to reach their sinister goals, and if they repeat these acts, they will be severely punished.'
A Suicide attack on a bus carrying the Islamic Republic Guards Corps (IRGC) personnel martyred 27 and wounded 13 in southeastern Iran on February 12. A terrorist group so-called Jaish al-Adl, affiliated to Al-Qaida, claimed responsibility for the incident.
