Leftover IEDs and mines found in Yalda and Babila
Damascus, Authorities discovered Sunday explosive devices, land mines, various kinds of shells and a network of connected tunnels and trenches left over by terrorists, while canvassing the towns of Yalda and Babila in south Damascus
SANA reporter said that the engineering units continued the canvassing of Beit Sahem, Babila and Yalda towns and the surrounding farms, from which terrorists have been transported to northern Syria.
The authorities discovered a number of explosive devices, mines, grenades and masks left over by terrorists.
While, combing the town of Babila, the engineering units uncovered a trench connected with a 1-km-long tunnel extending from the center of the town towards Saydi Miqdad neighborhood.
