Lithuania interested in cooperation with Iran: Envoy
Tehran, Honorary consul and in charge of the Lithuanian consulate in Iran on Sunday stressed that country's interest in development of cooperation with Iran in economic field.
Iran has the capacity to produce and export three billion dollars of pharmaceutical raw materials, Mohsen Karimi Tabasi said.
He made the remarks in a ceremony held to celebrate Lithuania Independence Day.
Lithuanian policy towards Iran is quite clear and Vilnius wants to preserve the level of relations with Iran, the envoy added.
He noted that issuance of visa for Iranian traders has been facilitated and the two countries' investors are welcomed.
