Mali speaker demands int’l community to slam US anti-Quds plot
Tehran Speaker of Mali Parliament urged the international community to denounce the US plot pursuing to relocate its embassy from Tel Aviv to Beit ul-Muqaddas.
It is a dangerous move against the Palestinians' rights, Issaka Sidibe said on Monday in the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Palestine Committee meeting held in Tehran.
We are deeply shocked by President's Trump's decision, he said, adding, It will escalate Palestinians' sufferings.
We have to show our strong determination on Palestine, Sidibe said.
Sidibe called the US to give up its illegal act.
'We call on the world countries to recognize UN resolutions on Palestine,' he added.
Sidibe went on to say that Mali supports Palestnians' aspiration.
The event was held due to the recent developments about Palestine following US President Donald Trump's announcement on December 6 to recognize the occupied Beit-ul Moqaddas as the capital city of the Israeli regime.
