N. Khorasan exports value up 7.4%
Bojnord, Head of North Khorasan Industry, Mine and Trade Organization said exports had 7.4% growth in value and 8.6% in weight during the first month of the current Iranian calendar year (started March 21).
Speaking to the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), Yahya Nikdel said during the first three months of the current Iranian calendar year, about 120,000 tons products worth $27,070,000 were exported.
The exported products consisted of petrochemicals like urea, melamine, ammonia, steel, plastic, cement, food and agricultural stuff, he said.
The products were exported to Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, India, UAE, Bulgaria, Malaysia, Uzbekistan, Iraq, Italy, Spain, Myanmar, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Pakistan, Russia and Germany, he added.
