No limit to expansion of relations with Baku
Tehran, Head of Iran Presidential Office Mahmoud Vaezi says Tehran considers no limit for expansion of relations with Baku.
Vaezi made the announcement in a meeting with Azeri Minister of Economy Shahin Mustafayev on Thursday.
He said Iran welcomes expansion of relations with Azerbaijan and efforts should be made to broaden such cooperation.
He noted that cooperation between the two sides should serve mutual and regional interests.
The Azeri minister, for his part, referred to opening of RashtQazvin railway and said it is a historical, sensitive and important move. 'The railway is the most important part of NorthSouth corridor and is of high importance for both countries and even regional countries.'
He said Baku has taken necessary measures to complete RashtAstara railway and it is hoped to be implemented soon.
