Makkah, In preparation for the upcoming Hajj season 1445 AH, the bus guidance office has trained over 1,700 men and women to assist international pilgrims.The trainees will provide various services to pilgrims, including distributing welcome bags approved by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, introducing pilgrims to the "Guide Me" platform, a helpful resource for navigating the Hajj, and offering training on using maps for efficient bus navigation.This assistance aims to enhance the quality of services offered to pilgrims, and ensure a smoother and more informed Hajj experience.The office began its preparations well in advance; it has already received over 600 buses carrying more than 22,600 pilgrims who were welcomed and assisted at the dedicated pilgrims visitor center on the Madinah-Makkah Road, with guides accompanying them to their designated residences.Source: Saudi Press Agency
