Pak politician calls for lifting visa restriction in Asia
Pakistan Acting President called for lifting visa restriction among Asian countries.
The parliamentary delegations of different countries, which participated in the three day conference of Asian Parliamentary Assembly, held separate meetings with Acting President Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani on the sidelines of concluding session of the conference in Gwadar on Tuesday.
On this occasion, Acting President Sadiq Sanjrani stressed the need for taking solid and practical measures for establishment an Asian Parliamentary Assembly in order to materialize dream of development and glorious future of Asia.
Referring to the ongoing development process in Gwadar, Sadiq Sanjrani said that a proper Master Plan of development of Gwadar city would be worked out by the end of this year.
The Acting President also advised the member countries to adopt the process of progress and development and economic cooperation among Asian countries on priority basis.
The delegations which called on the Acting President included the French Senator Pascal Alzerd, the Secretary General of IntraParliamentary Union Martin Chong Gang, and the Secretary General of Asian Parliamentary Assembly Muhammad Raza Majidi, Parliamentary delegations of Turkish, Iran, Syria, Bahrain and East Taimoor.
