Pakistan border guards stationed in Iran’s border for safeguarding

Zahedan, Sistan and Baluchestan prov, July 30, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Hossein Baqeri said Pakistan Army border guard units have been stationed in Iran border to safeguard the area.

Iranian and Pakistani border guards are working together to maintain security on borders, Baqeri told reporters on Sunday.

Attempts made by security forces, Islamic Republic Guard Corps (IRGC) forces, border guards and intelligence forces created good security conditions in Sistan and Baluchestan.

He went on to say that government together with investors should take advantage of the safe situation to develop industry, agriculture and services in the province.
