Palestinian journalists condemn Zionist aggression
Tehran, The Palestinian Journalist's Society, in a statement, condemned continuation of the deliberate and organized Zionist attacks on Palestinian media journalists covering news of the peaceful demonstration of returning to the eastern borders of the Gaza Strip.
Friday's march, 29th March of Return march witnessed repeated attacks by the Zionist forces on Palestinian journalists, which resulted in the injuries of four journalists by Zionist bullets and three injured as a result of tear gas inhalation.
Palestinian journalists condemn the silence of news circles against organized Zionist crimes against Palestinian journalists, which has led to the wounding of 220 journalists, including 65 journalists, who were shot dead by mortars as well as the martyrdom of Yasser Murderi and Ahmed Hasanin during march of return.
The Society condemned the Zionist regime's continued persecution of journalists for its attempts to assassinate journalists and prevent them from continuing their role in conveying the truth and covering the news of the crimes committed by the invaders against the innocent Palestinian people.
The statement states that the continuation of Zionist attacks on Palestinian journalists implies ignoring international laws and treaties to protect the lives of journalists during the mission, especially the humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions by the Zionist regime.
