Passengers receive NLP service at Imam Khomeini Airport
Tehran, Managing Director for Imam Khomeini Airport (IKA) Shahram Adamnejad said on Saturday that some new 40 services using Natural Language Processing (NLP) are to be provided to passengers at the airport.
In the inauguration ceremony of the new NLP service, he said the new system can respond orally to the demands of passengers seeking services at the airport.
These services include flight departure and arrival, list of persons banned from leaving the country, toll payment, announcement of foreign currency rates, lost belongings, booking rooms at hotels, weather forecast, navigation system, parking lots and the like, he said.
