People backing Islamic Revolution: Iran atomic agency chief
Tehran, People of Iran continue to support the Islam Revolution, said the Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI).
'After forty years of hardship, constraints, and the imposed eight-year war, still, the great nation of Iran stays behind its revolution, because it believes in its revolution and this revolution has achieved so much,' Ali-Akbar Salehi told reporters on the sidelines of Bahman 22 (February 11) rallies, marking the 40th anniversary of victory of Islamic Revolution of Iran.
'[Today], the Iranians showed that no problem can stop them.'
Salehi added, 'The hardships were imposed on us; they were created by others who didn't want to see the revolution successful; after 40 years, you see millions of Iranians coming back to the street and 'hail the revolution', which is a good indication for others, especially the Muslims, to follow the suit.'
'If you stand against the oppressor and assist the suppressed people, then God will help you.'
Regarding the nuclear industry of Iran in the fifth decade of the Revolution, he said that it will be 'excellent.'
