Qatari parliament Speaker, Minister of Culture visit Iranian publishers’ booth

Doha, Qatari Parliamentary Speaker Ahmed bin Abdullah AlZaid and Minister of Culture and Sport Salah bin Ghanem alAli visited Iranian publishers' booth following the opening of Doha International Book Fair, with invitation of Iran's Deputy Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohsen Javadi.

The deputy minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, at the forefront of which was attended by the speaker of parliament and the Qatari Minister of Culture, expressed his delight at the participation of the exhibition.

Qatari Parliament Speaker and Minister of Culture also commended the invitation from Iranian publishers to attend the exhibition this year at the Iranian pavilions.

Mohsen Javadi, invited to the exhibition as Iran special guest, went on to learn about the publishing of books by the publishers of Islamic countries, the report added.

The 29th International Book Fair in Doha will be held for 10 Days at the Center for International Exhibitions of Qatar from 29 November.

A total of 427 publications from inside and 30 foreign countries are present at the exhibit this year, according to the Qatari Ministry of Culture and Sports.
