Rastegar elected as IFIA president

Tehran, Alireza Rastegar has been re-elected as the president for International Federation of Inventors Association (IFIA) for the next four years.

Rastegar, who represented the International Federation of Inventors in Iran for many years, joined the Executive Board of the Federation in 2014 and was then elected as the head of the scientific association.

Owing to his satisfactory performance during 2014-2018, Rastegar was re-elected as the IFIA president with the overwhelming majority.

Established in 1968, the International Federation of Inventions Associations is headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.

The non-profit organization aims to disseminate the culture of invention and innovation and support inventors.
