Rebels Want Fighting in Raqqa and Deir Ez-Zur

While Turkey Backed Syrian Rebels which fighting ISIS and Kurdish forces with the help of Turkish Army on the ground and from the air are now near the Syrian Army frontline in Aleppo, one of their commander in Al Bab says next targets are Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor.

Raqqa is ISIS Stronghold in Syria which SDF or Syrian Democratic Forces led by Kurdish YPG are in fight against ISIS and Deir Ez-Zur (Deir Ez-Zor) is the scene of Syrian Armed Forces attacks on ISIS Positions.

"God willing the work towards Bab and then Raqqa and Deir ez-Zor is underway," said one rebel on camera.

Raqqa is the Syrian bastion of the ultra-hardline Sunni Muslim Islamic State, from where it runs training camps and directs operations.

Deir al-Zor is a strategic location. The province links ISIS defacto capital in Raqqa with its fighters in Iraq.
