Makkah: The Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites will launch the entertainment activities of the second edition of the 'Makkah Greets Us' event on Thursday, the second day of Eid Al-Fitr.The event will take place in the Hira Cultural District, extending until Monday, April 15, the 6th of Shawwal, in cooperation with the Pilgrim Experience Program (PEP), the Holy Makkah Municipality, the Makkah Chamber, KIDANA development company, and ALBalad ALAmeen company.The event includes various entertainment and cultural activities, including hosting the Revelation Exhibition, which presents the story of revelation and the descent of the Holy Quran.The event also features the Road to Makkah exhibition, which highlights pilgrimage routes throughout history, as well as folk art performances such as poetic duelling, Taasheer, and Al-Majrour folk dance.Makkah Greets Us welcomes visitors free of charge.This time, the event is expected to attract over 15,000 visitors daily, promising them a unique and joy ful experience during the blessed Eid al-Fitr.Source: Saudi Press Agency
