Russian expert: Unipolar era of world over
Moscow, The deputy director of the Institute of Forecasting and Political Settlement of Conflict Situations of Russia, Alexander Kuznetsov, believes that the unipolar era in the world has come to an end, and that the United States must accept this fact that attempts to return to the past are fruitless.
Alexander Kuznetsov said in an interview with the Islamic Republic of Iran News Agency (IRNA) in Moscow on Sunday, 'Obviously, the announcement of the withdrawal from the short-range and mediumrange missile reduction treaty by US President Donald Trump is a step aimed at getting concessions from Russia and China.
He said the results of the talks between John Bolton and Russian authorities showed how far the US decision to withdraw from the short-range and medium-range missile treaty was serious, but with the exit of the country from the missile treaty with Russia, It would return to the past.
He went on to say 'The US administration today has become a violator of treaties under the leadership of Donald Trump. As the world is watching, White House officials easily go out of many treaties, contracts and international organizations.
He stressed that these actions have undermined US credibility globally, and many countries find it unnecessary to negotiate with the country under such a situation.
