SAA Ready to Attack Last Stand of Terrorists in East Aleppo
Syrian Army by Capturing Sheikh Saeed, Al Asilah and Al Jalloum Districts in Eastern Aleppo, are ready to attack Sukkari and Bustan Al Qasir, terrorists are preparing to make their last stand.
The terrorists of Fatah Halab and Jaysh Al Fateh have had a rough 24 hours in the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo, by Syrian Arab Army's (SAA) relentless assault that has netted large gains around the provincial capital.
Led by the Tiger Forces and Syrian Republican Guard, the Syrian Arab Army began the day by seizing the Al-Asilah Neighborhood near the Aleppo Citadel, killing over 15 enemy combatants before advancing to the Al-Jalloum District.
After entering Al-Jalloum, the Syrian Armed Forces managed to seize more than half of this district after launching another powerful attack on Fatah Halab's defenses.
While the Syrian Arab Army was advancing in the Old Aleppo District, the Desert Hawks Brigade launched a new assault on the key Sheikh Saeed District, striking the enemy defenses from the western and southern flanks.
According to a military source in Aleppo, the Desert Hawks Brigade seized the entire Sheikh Saeed District after a swift night assault that forced the terrorists of Jaysh Al-Fatah to retreat north.
With the capture of Sheikh Saeed tonight, the Syrian Armed Forces will likely shift their attention to the Sukkari and Bustan Al Qasir, where the terrorists are preparing to make their last stand.
