Saudi Arabia issues visa for head of Iran Interests Section
Tehran, An informed source announced on Sunday that Saudi Arabia has agreed to grant visa to head of Interests Section of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its staff.
Iranian diplomat Mohammad Ali Bak who is now the supervisor of Oman and Yemen office was appointed as head of the interest section in Jeddah.
In the wake of attack on Saudi Arabia embassy in Tehran and its consulate office in Mashad, the diplomatic relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia were severed.
Earlier Iran Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi referred to certain Arab countries' offers for mediation between Tehran and Riyadh, and said that Iran has always been ready for talks with Saudi Arabia.
