Movahedi-Kermani made the remarks while addressing a session of the Expediency Council on Saturday.
'We should separate ordinary people from the saboteurs as these days made the US and the Zionists very happy,' he added.
Ayatollah Movahedi-Kermani reiterated that the enemies assumed that they can do any wrong through misusing public demands, but they unaware that their efforts were doomed to failure.
If we remain united and strong in the country, the enemy can do no wrong, he underlined.
Officials should spare no efforts to remove people's problems and meet their welfare, he said.
Methods of rendering services to people should be revised enable people to easily convey their problems to the country's officials, Ayatollah Movahedi-Kermani said.
Biting issues such as stagnation economy, high price of products and inflation, unemployment and drug-addiction should be removed, the senior cleric added.
