Suicide bomber targets US forces in Afghan city: report
Kabul, A caravan comprising US forces was targeted Wednesday night by a suicide bomber in the northern Afghan city of Bagram where the US military base is located, Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) reported on Thursday.
Local officials at Parwan Province, where Bagram is located, said that a number of foreign forces and some civilians were killed and injured during the attack.
That three American forces have been wounded is sound, but the US officials have not yet released any report on the number of the dead or the injured.
It is said that the attack took place near the US military base in Bagram.
Also, police chief of Parwan Mohammad Mahfouz Walizada said that the suicide attacker did explode him/her self on the US forces' way.
Spokesman for the terrorist group of Taliban Zabihollah Mojahed announced that the group has claimed responsibility for the Bagram attack.
