Tehran, Madrid to develop business, industrial ties: Envoy
Tehran, Spanish ambassador to Tehran Eduardo Lopez Busquets emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran and Spain are expanding their industrial and commercial cooperation, including in the fields of paint and resin, tiles, ceramics and stone.
Addressing the opening ceremony of the eighteenth international exhibition of paints, resins and industrial coatings, composite materials and plating industries at the permanent venue of Tehran’s International Exhibitions, the high-ranking diplomat said on Wednesday, ‘Iran and Spain have been cooperating for many years. And today they are holding an exhibition on tourism with the participation of Iranian representative and activists in Madrid.’
He affirmed, ‘All our efforts are to not only aimed at making Spain, but also other European countries, to have a good relationship with Iran and promote Iran’s industrial and commercial activists.’
Managing Director of Iran International Exhibition Company Bahman Husseinzadeh also said in the ceremony, ‘There are good abilities in the field of paint and resin in the country that can be the basis for export to other countries, including neighboring countries and the CIS countries.’
‘The impressive presence of foreigners in the exhibition reflects the prosperity of this industry and the interest of other countries in engaging with Iranian industrial activists,’ he continued.
