Terrorist Attack in Aleppo Kills 13 Civilians, Wounds 55
13 civilians, including four children, have been killed and at least 55 others have been wounded in Jeish al-Fatah's missile attacks on Aleppo's residential areas.
Jeish al-Fatah's missile unis shelled Aleppo neighborhoods of Zahiyeh al-Assa, 3,000-Unit Housing Project, the districts of al-Hamdaniyeh, New Aleppo, Salahuddin and near Sa'adullah square, leaving 13 dead and over 55 wounded; FNA reported.
Reports said earlier today that Syrian Army troops and popular forces repelled Jeish al-Fatah's offensives in the Southern and Western neighborhoods of Aleppo city, preventing them from prevailing over government positions.
Syrian government forces targeted several bomb-laden suicide vehicles of Jeish al-Fatah in the districts of New Aleppo and Jam'iyat al-Zahra in the Western part of Aleppo and the neighborhood of al-Rashedeen in the Southern outskirts of the city before they could reach army positions.
The Syrian Army and popular forces engaged in fierce clashes with terrorists of Jeish al-Fatah in New Aleppo and Jam'iyat al-Zahra and al-Rashedeen, destroying three vehicles and a 23mm canon.
Syrian warplanes and the army's missile and artillery units played a crucial role in repelling terrorists' attacks.
Syrian government forces also detonated two explosive-laden cars of the terrorists near al-Kartun factory and al-Sawareh position.
