Ummah unity stressed for Al-Quds liberation
Islamabad, Speakers at a conference in Pakistan's Islamabad have stressed the need to forge unity among Muslim Ummah to liberate holy Quds from Zionists' occupation.
The Al-Quds conference was organized here by the Palestine Foundation Pakistan titled 'Jerusalem/ Al Quds is capital of Palestine' to highlight the significance of Palestine issue for Muslim Ummah and the global imperialists conspiracy to strengthen the Zionist regime.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senator Lt. Gen (Retd) Abdul Qayyum expressing his views said that Palestine is one of the major flash points in the world.
He strongly denounced the policy of double standard on world's issues pursued by the imperialist forces.
The lawmaker was of the view that in the presence of veto power nobody in this world especially the Muslims will be able to get their rights.
The politician added that there is need for bringing unity in Muslim world to encounter anti-Islam conspiracies.
Lt. Gen (Retd) Abdul Qayyum warned that imperialist forces are trying to target all Muslim countries one by one to dominate the whole world.
Senator Sitara Ayaz of Awami National Party (ANP) in her views said that Muslims first have to overcome their problems to counter external challenges.
She strongly condemned the US decision to relocate its embassy from Tel Aviv to Al-Quds saying that Muslims have to unite to liberate the holy Quds from Zionist regime.
Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, Secretary General of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) said that imperialist forces are trying to create misunderstandings among the Muslim nations to protect the Zionist Regime.
He added that Palestine is not only a problem of Arab world rather it is the problem of all Muslims living in any corner of the world.
He noted that enduring peace in the Middle East could not be achieved without a solution to the Palestine cause.
Allama Raja Nasir Abbas said Al-Aqsa being the first Qibla of followers of Islam is very important for the Muslims around the world and can only be liberated with unity among Ummah.
Renowned scholar Saqib Akber said that Zionist Regime is an illegitimate state established at the land of Palestinians.
He said that anti-Muslim elements in the world are protecting the interests of the Zionist Regime while time has arrived when the Muslims should pivot their struggle for the freedom of Quds.
Speaking on the occasion of Sabir Karbalai chairman of Palestine Foundation Pakistan alleged world powers of spreading terrorism, maligning the true cause of Palestine, safeguarding the interest of the Zionist Regime.
The crisis in Palestine is not an issue to be pursued by Muslims only, humanity has failed in that regard, he said. He condemned the atrocities of Zionists on the innocent subjugated Muslims of Palestine.
