US Ambassador in Cairo Herro Mustafa Garg praised the strong ties and fruitful cooperation between her country and Egypt.The diplomat's remarks came on Monday evening , March 4, 2024, during her meeting with Sohag Governor Tareq El Fiqqi on the sidelines of her visit to the Upper Egyptian governorate to review development and joint cooperation projects there.The ambassador lauded developmental achievements made in the governorate, voicing keenness to foster cooperation in different fields.The governor said he discussed with the ambassador the most important projects funded by the United States in the governorate and reviewed the Egyptian government's efforts to achieve comprehensive development in Sohag.Source: State Information Service Egypt
