Riyadh, According to the National Center for Meteorology, moderate and torrential thundershowers, accompanied by dust-stirring winds would still be forecast for some parts of Najran, Jazan, Asir, and Baha regions, extending to the heights of Makkah Region, as well as the southern parts of Eastern and Riyadh regions. The fog formations would be seen in some parts of southwest Region and in some parts of Riyadh region.Winds over the Red Sea would be westerly to northwesterly in the northern and central parts, registering a speed of 10 to 30km/h and southerly to southwesterly, gradually turning westerly in the southern part, registering a speed of 15 to 35km/h, reaching 50km/h with thunderstorms in southern part. In the Arabian Gulf, the wind will be westerly to southwesterly, gradually turning northeasterly in the northern part, registering a speed of 10 to 25km/h and southwesterly to northwesterly in the southern part, registering a speed of 10 to 25km/h.Source: Saudi Press Agency
