Winners of Int’l Film Festival for Children and Youth named

Tehran, The 31st International Film Festival for Children and Youth wrapped up in Isfahan after awarding the winners in various categories.

The Golden Butterfly for Best Film for Children went to 'Pastarioni', produced by Bita Mansouri, while 'Knockout' produced by Gholamreza Ramezani won the Golden Butterfly for Best Film for Youth, ifilmtv.ir reported.

The Golden Butterfly for Best Screenplay was awarded to Mitra Teimourian and Gholamreza Ramezani for 'Knockout'.

'Stammer', directed by Gholamreza Haji Gholami was awarded the Golden Butterfly for Best Director.

The Golden Butterfly for Best Animated Short was granted to 'Porter'.

'Knockout', directed and produced by Gholamreza Ramezani for the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults in collaboration with Farabi Cinema Foundation took the Special Golden Butterfly of Zaven Ghokasian.

The Golden Statue of Martyr Behnam Mohammadi was given to the short film 'The Soldiers of Friday', directed by Mohammadreza Haji Gholami.

In international section, 'Home' by Jong-woo Kim, from South Korea won the Golden Butterfly for Best Film. The Golden Butterfly for Best Director went to Mohamadreza Haji-Gholami from Iran, for 'Stammer'.

The Golden Butterfly for the Special Jury Prize was awarded to Kamila Andini from Indonesia, for 'The Seen and Unseen'.
