Zarif holds talks with Zimbabwe counterpart, Ghana VP
Tehran, Aug 4, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Friday held separate talks with Zimbabwe FM Simbarashe Mumbengegwi and First Vice President of Ghana Mahamudu Bawumia on bilateral and regional issues.
During the meeting with Zimbabwean counterpart, both sides discussed bilateral and regional issues like holding joint commission and fighting terrorism.
Meanwhile, in a separate meeting with Ghana Vice President Bawumia, both sides reviewed ways to develop relations between Iran and Ghana in industry, energy, banking and agriculture fields.
Bawumia and Mumbengegwi arrived in Tehran today to participate in President Hassan Rouhani inauguration
which is scheduled to be held on August 5 in Tehran.
