4th consignment of Chinese COVID-19 vaccines arrives in Iran

Tehran, IRNA – Assistant Foreign Minister and Director General of Asia-Pacific Department said on Tuesday that Iran has received the 4th batch of the Chinese COVID-19 vaccines.

The consignment included 700,000 doses of vaccine, Reza Zabib wrote in his Twitter account.

China has donated 1,550,000 doses of vaccine to Iran so far, he further noted.

Earlier today, Iran’s Health Ministry announced that 15,766,564 Iranians have received the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine and 4,714,701 people have so far received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
