Tehran, IRNA – Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian in a phone conversation with his Omani counterpart Sayyid Badr Albusaidi emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran is ready for reaching a good agreement to serve its economic advantages of the original 2015 agreement and securing all sides’ interests.
In the phone talk on Monday night, Amirabdollahian referred to the excellent relations between the two countries and both sides’ strong will for the further expansion of relations in bilateral, regional and international fields.
The Iranian foreign minister, meanwhile, asked his Omani counterpart to convey President Ebrahim Raisi’s warm regards to the sultan of Oman.
The Omani foreign minister, for his part, referred to Muscat’s support for Iran’s nuclear negotiations, and announced that Iran’s emphasis on its serious will to achieve result from those talks is a source of optimism and Oman consults in that respect.
