Tehran, The Ministry of Sport and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran has congratulated the victory of the Bank Shahr’s freestyle wrestling team in the World Wrestling Clubs Cup (WWCC).
Iran’s capital Tehran hosted the World Wrestling Clubs Cup which brought together teams from member states of the United World Wrestling.
The congratulatory message of the Ministry of Sport and Youth said that the power of Iranian wrestling has been once again manifested in international competitions and the athletes of Bank Shahr’s freestyle wrestling team in the World Wrestling Clubs Cup succeeded in defeating their Russian rivals in the final to finish first and make the Iranian nation happy.
The Ministry also congratulated the technical staff, coach and champions of Bank Shahr’s freestyle team, as well as the sport-loving Iranian people on the achievement.
