Gaza city: Mohammad al-Hindi, the deputy secretary-general of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, asserts that Palestinian resistance will not capitulate under external pressures. Speaking to Al Jazeera, al-Hindi criticized the Israeli regime for misinterpreting the flexibility shown by the Palestinian negotiating team as a sign of weakness.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, al-Hindi emphasized that the Palestinian resistance is neither surrendering nor falling for proposals aimed at undermining their efforts. He accused Israel of attempting to confine Palestinians to just 40% of the territory of the Gaza Strip, a move he attributes to Israel’s weakened military capabilities.

Al-Hindi further commented on Israel’s use of psychological warfare tactics, stating that these efforts would fail to weaken the Palestinian resistance. The ongoing conflict has resulted in significant casualties, with at least 57,882 Palestinian civilians reported killed since the start of the war, as per the health ministry in Gaza.
