Arab Parliament Speaker Adel Al-Asoomi condemned yesterday the attack that targeted the residence of the United Arab Emirates ambassador in the Sudanese capital Khartoum. Al-Asoomi issued a statement in which he stressed the obligation to protect the sanctity of diplomatic missions and their premises, and respect international conventions, including the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. He stressed his firm rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism aimed at destabilizing security and stability. Source: Saudi Press Agency
