Tehran: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has met with Thailand's new ambassador and the new UNDP representative in Iran, while also holding farewell meetings with the outgoing ambassadors of Sudan and Cyprus.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Araghchi welcomed Sake Nopthaisong, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Islamic Republic of Iran, who presented a copy of his credentials. Additionally, Levan Bouadze, the new representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Iran, delivered his letter of appointment to Araghchi.
Furthermore, the outgoing ambassadors, Abdelaziz Hassan Saleh Taha of Sudan and Andreas P. Kouzoupis of Cyprus, concluded their diplomatic missions. They met with Araghchi at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to bid farewell, marking the end of their tenures in Iran.
