Tehran: Iran's navy commander emphasized that the Armed Forces are standing firm against enemies with full strength and will not allow them to take even a single step forward. Rear Admiral Shahram Irani, commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Navy, made the remarks on Friday during a ceremony commemorating the martyrs of the Navy in the northern port city of Noushahr.
According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Rear Admiral Irani highlighted the importance of the country's strategic straits and waterways, stating that the Navy's strong presence in these regions is crucial for defending national interests and security. The commander assured that the faith and commitment of the naval forces exemplify their readiness to protect the country.
He also stressed the need for national unity and cohesion between the people and the Islamic Republic system, warning that the enemy aims to undermine the country's national solidarity. Rear Admiral Irani concluded by urging the preservation of national unity and solidarity as a collective responsibility.
