Sofia: A Bulgarian political analyst, Stanislav Bachev, has expressed that the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, imparted significant lessons to humanity prior to his martyrdom.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Bachev conveyed his sentiments in an interview, stating, "On behalf of Bulgaria and those Bulgarians who share the same kind feelings and respect toward the people of Iran, I express our condolences on the holy martyrdom of [Ayatollah] Ali Khamenei." He highlighted the late Ayatollah's final act of self-sacrifice as a pivotal lesson in achieving victory in seemingly unwinnable conflicts. Bachev emphasized that the martyrdom of the leader serves as an exemplar of faith, dignity, and bravery.

The analyst further elaborated on Ayatollah Khamenei's pivotal role in institutionalizing resistance, noting his unwavering support for Palestine and Lebanon. Bachev drew parallels between Ayatollah Khamenei's life and sacrifice and that of Imam Hussein 1400 years ago, underscoring the powerful symbol of resistance against oppression that both figures represent.

Bachev also pointed out that Iran, under the leadership of Ayatollah Khamenei, now stands as a victor with the potential to establish a new order in the Middle East. He suggested that this could pave the way for the formation of a new global security architecture.

He concluded by reflecting on the unifying message of Ayatollah Khamenei's final act, which serves as a lesson for humanity to unite people of all religions and denominations, including Muslims, Shia, Sunni, and Christians.

The assassination of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei occurred during a terrorist US-Israeli airstrike on February 28, marking the onset of a 40-day conflict against Iran. In response, Iran has vowed to seek retribution for this criminal act.
