Tehran: Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei has criticized the Trump administration's claims of pursuing a nuclear solution while simultaneously issuing threats of a nuclear attack, describing the situation as a 'grotesque absurdity.' According to Islamic Republic News Agency, Baqaei expressed his views on his X account, highlighting the contradiction in the administration's approach. He pointed out the inconsistency in claiming to seek peace and prevent a nuclear crisis while proposing a solution that involves a nuclear threat, referring to it as 'one big glow.' Baqaei drew a parallel with Stanley Kubrick's film 'Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb' (1964), suggesting that the film should be watched to understand the absurdity of the current situation.
