Search and rescue teams from the Border Guards in Yanbu, located in the Madinah region, have successfully rescued a child from drowning while swimming in the waters of Yanbu Governorate. The child received immediate assistance and first aid at the scene before being transferred to a hospital for further medical care. The child's condition is now stable. The General Directorate of Border Guards urges the public to comply with maritime safety guidelines, monitor weather conditions, exercise caution during inclement weather, ensure a vessel's seaworthiness before sailing, and call 911 in the Makkah and Eastern regions, or 994 in the rest of the Kingdom, in case of emergency.
