Hong kong: Cathay Pacific said Friday that it has cancelled all flights to Dubai and Riyadh until Dec. 1 due to the "latest developments" in West Asia, Anadolu Ajansi reported.

According to Nam News Network, the Hong Kong flag carrier stated that the Dubai and Riyadh passenger flights will be cancelled up to and including November 30, 2026. Affected travellers will have the option to rebook, reroute, or refund their tickets.

The airline emphasized its commitment to closely monitoring the evolving situation in West Asia. The decision comes amid renewed Iran-US fighting after a US strike on Iran's Larak Island earlier this week ended a month-long lull in hostilities.
