The CEO of the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission (LPTC), Dr. Mohammed bin Hasan Alwan, held a video meeting today with the US embassy's Counselor for Public Affairs, Ali Lejlic. The meeting focused on strengthening cultural relations between Saudi Arabia and the United States and exploring opportunities for collaboration in literature, publishing, and translation. The two sides discussed joint participation in cultural and literary exhibitions to deepen ties and enhance knowledge exchange between the two nations. Dr. Alwan also highlighted several key initiatives undertaken by the LPTC to promote Saudi culture on the global stage and foster dialogue between civilizations. He invited Lejlic to attend upcoming flagship events organized by the commission, including the Riyadh International Book Fair, the Translation Forum, and the Riyadh International Philosophy Conference.
