Minister of Civil Aviation Sameh el Hefny on Friday 16/8/2024 inspected Alamein International Airport to make sure that all preparations and logistical arrangements were taken to receive participants in the Egypt International Airshow that will be held on 3-5 September 2024 in New Alamein City. The minister followed up on the regularity of work and the air traffic at the airport. Hefny inspected all business class lounges and toured departure and arrival halls, passport counters, the baggage reclaim area, banks operating inside the arrival hall and duty-free shops to evaluate the level of services offered to customers. He underlined that public relations teams should be present around the clock to receive coming guests and facilitate their arrival and travel procedures easily and conveniently. The minister stressed Egypt's keenness to provide all facilitation and capabilities to ensure the success of this show, which represents a key platform for demonstrating the significant development of the air transp ort industry in the country.
