The Egyptian navy has rescued three British tourists who had gone missing during a diving trip off the coast of El-Quseir city in the Red Sea, the Egyptian Armed Forces Spokesperson Gharib Abdel-Hafez stated on Tuesday. The tourists sent out a distress call on Monday. After receiving the distress call, the General Command of the Armed Forces immediately instructed the naval forces to intensify search efforts, the military spokesperson noted. A team from the Southern Fleet were able to locate and rescue the tourists, providing them with the necessary medical and administrative care.
