Tehran: Judiciary chief Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei has warned that the enemies are seeking to weaken national unity, stressing that Iranians will foil such plots through continued solidarity and resistance.

According to Islamic Republic News Agency, in a message posted on social media on Sunday, Mohseni Ejei stated, "The treacherous and deceitful enemy is greatly focused on undermining our national unity and cohesion. The vile Zionists openly say that they are waiting for the streets to be emptied of the awakened Iranian nation. They will take this wish to their graves."

He emphasized that unity across all spheres of society would endure, adding, "The [battle]field, the streets, diplomacy and the media are all working toward strengthening our national solidarity."

The Judiciary chief described the streets and public spaces of Iranian cities as "a complete reflection of our national honor and dignity."

"We will not leave the trench of the streets, and the cry and roar of our power and unity will complement our sacred resistance and revolutionary diplomacy," he said.

Mohseni-Ejei also stressed that Iranian officials are united in confronting pressure from adversaries, asserting that there is no disagreement over resisting military, economic, and media threats, although differences may exist regarding methods.

He made clear that there is no doubt about the principle of resistance. The remarks came amid indirect negotiations with the United States to permanently end a US-Israeli war of aggression that began on February 28 and was paused forty days later with a temporary ceasefire.
