The eagerly anticipated final stage of the sixth edition of the Crown Prince Camel Festival is set to commence tomorrow at Taif Camel Square in Taif Governorate. Organized by the Saudi Camel Federation, this prestigious event will feature 250 rounds of competition, including 16 rounds dedicated to the festival cups and races for both men and women. Participants will compete for a share of the impressive prize pool, which exceeds SAR 56 million, allocated to winners of the various races. The festival has already seen remarkable participation, with 2,282 camel owners from within and outside the Kingdom participating in the preliminary stages. This edition has set a new record with 11,219 camels entered, surpassing last year's total of 10,396 by 823 camels. The final stage promises to be a grand culmination of a festival that highlights the rich tradition of camel racing and showcases the best in local and international camel breeding.
